Safety in Assembly

During assembly of this airplane, you will be asked to use sharp knives and hobby adhesives. Please follow all safety procedures recommended by the manufacturers of the products you use, and always follow these important guidelines: ALWAYS protect your eyes when working with adhesives, knives, or tools, especially power tools. Safety glasses are the best way to protect your eyes. ALWAYS protect your body, especially your hands and fingers when using adhesives, knives, or tools, especially power tools. Do not cut toward exposed skin with hobby knives. Do not place hobby knives on tables or benches where they can roll off or be knocked off. ALWAYS have a first‐aid kit handy when working with adhesives, knives, or tools, especially power tools. ALWAYS keep hobby equipment and supplies out of the reach of children.

Safety in Flying

This is NOT a toy! It is a very high‐performance RC airplane capable of high speeds and extreme maneuvers. It should only be operated by a competent pilot in a safe area with proper supervision. ONLY fly your airplane in a safe, open area, away from spectators and vehicles–and where it is legal to fly. NEVER fly over an unsafe area, such as a road or street. Never fly too close to yourself or spectators.

Never run your motor inside a house or building with the propeller attached – Remove the prop for safety.

Section 1 Fuselage Assembly

Locate the airplane nose section, the canopy, the fuselage frame, and the carbon fiber tube.

Apply the foam safe glue to joining area on the nose

section.

Secure the canopy the airplane.

Put the carbon fiber tube go through the pre-cut hole on the fuselage.

Apply the foam safe glue to the front of the carbon fiber tube and secure the carbon fiber tube in the pre-cut slot of the airplane nose. Please note the bottom of the nose section, the bottom of the fuselage and the servo plate on the carbon fiber tube need to be kept level.

Apply the foam safe glue to the reserved joints on the airplane nose and secure the wooden fuselage frame on the airplane nose.

The fuselage assembly is finished.

Section 2 Wing Assembly

Locate the following parts:

2 x Z-bend wire(Φ1*260mm)

4 x Carbon fiber wing support plate

2 x Wing fixed screw(M3*3.5mm)

2 x M3 wing washer

8 x Support plate fixed screw(M2.5*10mm)

1 x 3mm Servo fixed plate

2 x Aileron control horn

Apply the foam safe glue to the pre-cut control horn

slots on the left and right aileron.

Secure the control horn into the slots.

Place the wing on the wooden fuselage frame and secure it with two screws (M3*3.5mm).

Align the hole of the wing support plate to the pre-cut hole on the bottom of the wooden fuselage frame and secure it with support plate fixed screw.

Then secure wing support plate on the wing with support plate fixed screw.

Repeat the pervious steps for three remaining wing support plates installation

Secure the servo plate onto the wing

Place a micro servo into the servo slot on the wing and

secure it with two servo screws.

Join Z-bend wire with the servo arm. Then connect this Z-bend to the control horns. Please note adjust it so A=A1.

Section 3 Empennage Assembly

Locate the elevator, vertical fin and two control horns.

Apply the foam safe glue to the pre-cut slot on the vertical fins

Install the control horn in the pre-cut slot on the vertical fins

Apply the foam safe glue to the pre-cut slot on the elevator wing.

Install the control horn in the pre-cut slot on the elevator.

Apply the foam safe glue to the pre-cut slot on the top

surface of the elevator.

Install the vertical fins into the pre-cut slot on the elevator wing. The angle between the elevator wing and the vertical fins should be 90 degrees.

Apply the foam safe glue to the pre-cut slot on the bottom surface of the elevator. Then secure the carbon fiber tube into the pre-cut slot. Please note the elevator should be parallel with the wing.

Section 4 Tail Servo Assembly

Locate two elevator servos (Not include).

Install the elevator servo into the holes of the servo plate with screws.

Connect the elevator servo to the Z-bend wire and

then to the elevator control horn. Two Z-bend wires

should be paralleled.

Section 5 Power System Installation

Locate a 6*4 propeller, a 30A ESC, a 2212-2200KV

motor.

Install the motor onto the fuselage with screws.

Install 6*4 propeller into your motor.

Connect 30A ESC to your motor. Then put the ESC into the wooden fuselage frame.

Locate a landing gear wire, two Φ40mm PU tires, two

2.0 wheel collars, a landing gear fixed plate(3mm).

Install two tires on the landing gear wire. Lock the tires

in place with the supplied wheel collars.

Install the landing gear into the slot on the bottom of

the fuselage.

Insert the landing gear plate into the slot and secure it

with quickie medium CA glue so the landing gear is

now locked in place.

The CG should be 60mm (2.3-2.4in) from the leading

edge of the wing.
