DRGR Analytics (Reports)

Overview
With DRGR Release 8.0, the Reports Module (MicroStrategy) in DRGR is enhanced to include a
new DRGR Analytics reporting system.
What Changed?
The DRGR OLAP reporting system in MicroStrategy has been updated and implemented in a
new project called DRGR Analytics. In Release 8.0, a number of "Core" reports previously found
in DRGR OLAP have been updated. Report types have been grouped and placed within the
following core reports folders: Global Admin, Global Compliance, Global Finance and Global
Performance. A description of each report and its respective core reports folder is provided
below. Future DRGR releases will include adding remaining reports from DRGR OLAP not
determined to be duplicative.
Navigation
The design in prior releases used labels to define items in DRGR’s main navigation bar. As part
of the new design, icons are used to define menu items. The following table summarizes the
icons chosen for each menu item and denotes the new module for DRGR Analytics. To access
reports, select the below noted Icon, then "Reports," then DRGR Analytics.

Report Formatting Defaults The format of grids in the project is reflective of the DRGR system—it now uses the same shade
of blue and the same fonts. We have also applied two features by default: “Banding” and
“Unmerged” Row headers.

By toggling “Banding” to disabled or off, and “Merge” row headers to enabled or on, one can
see a difference in appearance of the report. All repeating values become merged, and the
report format drops the alternating shading of rows for a consistent white.
Row shading (called Banding) and repeating row values (called Merged Row Headers) are enabled by default. Banding has been applied by default for legibility. Repeating row values has been entered for easier exporting to Excel.
Banding toggled OFF and Merge Row Headers toggled ON.
Banding can be toggled on or off via the Banding button in the Grid menu.
Repeating rows of data can be turned off via the Merge Row Headers button.
