Enjoy an early family-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration overlooking breathtaking
views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour. Complete the evening with
a leisurely stroll on our private boardwalk and watch the early fireworks display.
Seating is from 5:00pm or 5.30pm. Dinner concludes at 8:00pm.
Dress code is cocktail.
Adults $275 person
Children up to 12 years $135 per child
The Dining Room, The Living Room and the boardwalk offer panoramic
views of Sydney Harbour, however the Harbour Bridge is not visible.

beers, and soft drinks throughout the evening.
Enjoy popular tunes from our live band and dine on our
specially curated New Year’s Eve menu. Step out onto our
private waterfront boardwalk to watch the spectacular
New Year fireworks.
Arrival cocktail at 7:00pm.
Doors open 7:45pm.
Dinner commences at 8:00pm and concludes at 1:00am.

A sophisticated New Year party, dance the night away and dine on delicous
canapés as we serve an endless flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne to the live

The New Year’s Eve rooftop cocktail party offers panoramic views of the city
fireworks, however views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge firework display are limited.
Responsible Service of AlcoholPark Hyatt Sydney practices and adheres to all Responsible Service of Alcohol policies and procedures. These include serving the correct ratio of food in line with the ratio of alcohol to be served throughout the duration of the function.
Park Hyatt Sydney management are authorised to decrease or stop any guest service of alcohol at any time during the function, should they believe the guest is nearing the point of intoxication or drinking alcoholic beverages too quickly.

A cocktail party that is one of its kind, enjoy an evening of Belvedere cocktails and
delicous canapés as you dance to the sounds of a live DJ. When the clock strikes
midnight, choose to celebrate on our exclusive waterfront boardwalk or toast the
New Year in the comfort of The Guest House.
