STAR ATT- DirecTV Migration - Upper Funnel Re-Design – Role (POD Lead) Assigned to the existing Agile POD for the DETS team as a POD Lead to continue work on the new DirecTV /

AT&T Upper funnel portion of the production webpage. Quickly spin-up my knowledge of the AT&T Agile process, integrate myself into a very in sync POD team and guide development based on our DETS standards.

Credit Risk System Manager (CRSM) Phase I – Role (BIM) Digital Solutions Product owner and SME - Tasked with quickly learning the credit logic process for Wireline and

DirecTV consumer credit. Macys STARS Ecommerce Program Project Scope: The STARS Project - designed to replace Macy’s Legacy Content Management system (Single Point of Failure), with a modular, scalable set of product application with services that could be quickly scaled up to support sales loads, have the ability to cleanly failover if need be and would better integrate the Macys.com and Bloomingdales.com production websites.

Accomplishments: Inherited three of the five STARS Production / Non-Production projects. Worked effectively with all business partners

and IFS Resources to reset milestones, lock down new delivery dates and helped move the project Red to a Green Status. Give the remaining 2 STAR Project and promoted to IFS Project Manager for the entire STARS Program. Helped establish new Server, DB and Development App Standardization for the for the STARS Projects. Original Project dates extended 3 Months beyond original date due to the new standardization requirements. Project

was completed after the new delivery baseline was established. Gained extensive technical / retail business knowledge of the Macy / Bloomingdale Web and Network Infrastructure.

STARS Project Management Duties: Role - Infrastructure Build and Application Integration. Projects initiated in Prod and Non-Prod Datacenters in San Francisco, Atlanta, Raleigh and Lorain, Ohio. Project Accomplishments: 6 Month IT Refresh Project Completed in 5 months - Successfully completed all upgrades for the assigned

airline sites and completed the LaGuardia site one month ahead of schedule and under budget. Quickly learned and implemented Delta’s FRACITI Project Methodology for each project.

Project Manager Duties: Traveled to each site to inventoried, analyzed, and schedule replacement of all desktop and ticketing equipment at several

Delta Airports terminals (Montgomery-Al, Dayton-OH, Austin-TX, and LaGuardia-NY). Conducted on-site pre-deployment meetings with Delta Station Management, to ensure smooth transition of all Client

Created a Migration Process and Documentation procedures for PMO, explaining how to request Desktop and Application site data from NCF IT Managers and how collected data needed to be formatted of integration into our database system. By implementing this new streamlined workflow, the PM’s for this project and our NCF partners were able to work in sync and complete the project successfully.

Merger documentation created for this this project was later used as a baseline for a new bank merger project.

Project Manager Duties: Worked closely with 15 Project Managers to synchronize their NCF desktop site deployment dates with my application

Team’s completion of that sites OS and application image. Coordinated remote and onsite QA testing for 500+ financial and non-financial apps with core image builds. Modified and implemented new PMO procedures in compliance with existing company methodologies. Provide daily reports to all Site Managers on the deployment status for each of their sites. Performed onsite manager for TMK application push from Atlanta to Virginia to more than 600 workstations remotely.

Issue - Last minute scope changes by management caused application incompatibility problems that required hands-on diagnose and on the spot solutions for almost every desktop system.

Solution - Created a diagnostic Color Code System to allow after hour’s teams to continue repairs based on app severity and their personal skill level.

Provided the App Dev team a detailed Error Code List based on every problem I was able to diagnose and fix.

Enterprise NAV Upgrade Project Project Manager and Technical Lead for the Norton Anti-Virus Enterprise rollouts for BOA network. Worked with team to ID, upgrade and or remove previous version of NAV from existing Servers and

Desktops and replace it with the newest NAV Enterprise application.

RAID Server Upgrades for BOA Application Servers – Managed the total migration of three Novell and Windows 2000 legacy application servers over to the

BOA Servers standards. Performed migration analysts and revised existing server Drive Images of RAID and NON-RAID Server

and workstation. Created new migration techniques to insure data transfers with minimal downtime.

IT Accomplishments: Site to Site Data Center Migration:

Managed team of 5 in the relocation of the company datacenter from Atlanta to Duluth Ga Move involved about 45 physical servers and approx. 60 desktops.
