RMP and Small Dredgers
• RMP intended to give small dredgers a break on fees
• LTMS will significantly reduce in-bay disposal
• Hamilton ATF is key to LTMS success• BUT Hamilton may result in mainly small
dredgers disposing in-bay • Thus, under current fee structure small
dredgers could pay most non-Corps RMP fees
