Project Description: Partial Renovation on the First Level of the
existing building. Renovation of the existing campus Bookstore.
This area will be divided into approximate half. With one half of
the space to remain as the Bookstore with minimal renovation work,
finish replacement and finish refurbishment. The remaining half
will be renovated as a Student Lounge.
Note: No work affecting existing means of egress features. No
change to existing fire extinguishers and location. No work at

32. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL RECEIVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE
OWNER BEFORE USING OPEN FLAMES, WELDING RODS AND TORCHES. THE
