JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGE

The purpose of this DCN is to align with the corrosion evaluations (24590-BOF-N1D-DEP-00007, Rev. 0 and 24590-BOF-N1D-DEP-00009, Rev.1) for DEP Evaporator Reboiler (24590-BOF-MBD-DEP-00001, Rev.1) and DEP Evaporator Primary Condenser (24590-BOF-MED-DEP-00004, Rev.1). The tubesides (including heads) must have a corrosion allowance of 0.04 inch and the tubes (heat transfer surface) must have 0.0 inch.
