A. Servo Controlled/Center Mounted Gripper Chain Drive SystemWhen the gripper chain drive motor is mounted on one side of the packaging machine, the drive shaft is actually torqued slightly disproportionately from side to side. This in turn causes chains on one side to eventu-ally stretch more than the chains on the other side. This was eliminated when RapidPak developed the center mounted gripper chain drive motor system.

B. Swing-out Electrical Cabinet DesignRapidPak has developed a new system to split the controls into 2 separate cabinets: one for the low voltage area, and the other for the high voltage side. These hinge-mounted cabinets can swing open and out of the way, allowing full access to the sealing lifting system from the back side of the machine facilitating much faster lubrication, maintenance, and emergency access.

Pre-install at one location provides assurance that your loader packager system is built to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Installation of the open channel, single mainframe is also done at one time. Start up is simplified and expedited.

Entering the Drake Collator, the product is a part of the unique first-in/first-out handling method to minimize re-circulation and increase food safety. Final inspection is available prior to entering the packaging section of the LP-45. The loading head is supported by the RapidPak portion of the frame to precisely deliver into packaging pockets. Versatile modular heads offer quick changeover times to address pocket configurations.

A single sanitary touchscreen panel allows the easy addition of new recipes and rapid adjustment to various areas of the equipment. A clear view monitor enables control of the loading packaging process.

The horizontal area of the unit is engineered for fast and easy change out. Side extraction of all the servo lifting stations is available in the load-form-fill-seal area. This breakthrough design allows ongoing repair, rebuild and complete replacement with ease and speed. Maintenance and production labor requirements are reduced.
