This machine has the latest technology utilising elastic rope style pallet wrap seal-ing which eliminates film tails. Purpose built and designed for maximising load retention and ventilation. Uses ventilated (Macrowrap) stretch film and traditional stretch wrap. Made in Italy for Australian conditions Remote control allows operator to remain on the forklift 3 year warranty

• Variable Speed Turntable – during the wrap cycle the speed of the turntable can be varied – this allows control over the amount of film being applied to the pallet.

• Variable Speed Film Carriage – during the wrap cycle the speed of the film carriage moving up or down can be varied. feature allows total control over the amount of film applied to the pallet.

• Wrapper has the ability to wrap standard and slip sheeted pallets.

• The final wrap tension is adjustable to prevent crushing of cartons when slip sheeting

• Operator LOCK OUT from machine settings area by password control.

• Height seeking by photo sensor for black & clear film

• The PROPAK MAS-500 is suitable for wrapping with macro perforated reinforced stretch film, and normal stretch film.

• OH&S features include foot crush safety protection under the film carriage. The 1800mm diameter turntable ensures that the standard 1165mm x 1165mm pallet is contained within the turntable. Film carriage lifting belts are contained within the mast ensuring operator safety.

DESCRIPTION

The MAS-500 has been developed to suit Australian pallet wrapping requirements, and provides features often not available on competitor machines at this level. This machine can use either ventilated stretch-film (Macrowrap) or conventional stretch wrap. Having remote control allows the operator to remain on the forklift and perform other tasks while the pallet is wrapping. Propak has other models including MAS-50 (Friction brake) and MAS-300 (with motorised pre-stretch)
