Additional notes:
· I created and supervised the renewable energy laboratory for the department of mechanical engineering, Engineering Academy Tajoura, focusing on electrical and thermal solar energy conversion and on hydrogen technologies and fuel cells, in addition to solar radiation data collection.
· Invited to review a number of papers for different international scientific journals.
· Supervisor and examiner of a number of M.Sc. and B.Sc. dissertations.
· Contacted by University of Florida at Miami, USA, to share the source codes developed during the PhD work for the design of fuel cells stacks using Genetic Algorithms.
· I collaborated with a number of Libyan academic institutes to teach a number of different undergraduate and postgraduate courses as it is clear from the table above.
· In my own house, hot water is obtained using solar water heater and no electrical water heater is installed at all. Also, part of the electrical load is met by solar PV system that is been sized and installed by myself.
