    M -Tumescent anesthesia is now an established technique for regional aland the subcutaneous fatty tissue. The unsurpassed simplicity and safhave opened up the gates for newer indications. We have employeharvesting split-thickness grafts in various conditions. We have found Iextremely simple in which large areas can be anesthetized for harvestingrafts safely. The good passive resistance achieved facilitates easythickness grafts along with minimal bleeding and long lasting pain reliefan inexpensive, safe and simple technique with elimination of risks andanesthesia.
