Click on a picture that you have loaded into iPhoto thatwill match your first sentence. Determine how manySeconds your audio last and match the picture length.Click box on or off for Ken Burns effect.(xxx) Apply.

Check to make sure your transition does not shorten your pictures to the point where they are out of sync with your audio.
You may have to adjust the length of your clips or your transitions.

Click on Edit (1) and thenCreate Still Frame (2).

A 5 second clip of yourpicture will appear in yourtray.
Drag your picture from thetray to your timeline. You willhave to remove any transitions or split clip and insert it in the middle.
Adding TextAdding TextClick on Editing (1) andthen Titles (2).
Choose Scrolling Block (3)
Type the first line of yourpoem (4).
Uncheck the Over Black box.(5)

Overlaying TitlesOverlaying TitlesThe red line will indicate thatthe text is rendering and willdisappear when it is done.
If you wish to delete the texton a clip, click once and itwill disappear. If you clicktwice, the entire clip willdisappear. Continue addingtext by typing in each lineand adding them individuallyto each clip.

Adding MusicAdding Music
Click on Media (1) then Audio (2) and then View (3) and then Show Clip Volume levels (4). Click on iTunes (5) and choose a song (6)to drag down to the 3rd space on the timeline.

Once the song loads you can slide it up and down the timeline. Usingthe volume lines, clicking will createa dot from which the whole line of volume can be adjusted. Adjust music and voice over.
Saving ProjectSaving Project
Click on Share (1).choose Quicktimeor iDVD to saveproject to desktop.
