Dear neighbours,

I am contacting you in order to inform you about an immediate danger for your health and that ofyour family. Please keep this letter as a document for court use in future litigation as you mighthave suffered damage to your health and that of your family and pets for which you can take legalaction against the Swiss State, especially the Secret Service and the military, in a national court orin international courts as crimes against humanity without a limitation period.

With this letter, I would like to satisfy my legal and moral obligations and draw your attention to thefact that electromagnetic weapons have been in use against the civilian population inUnterengstringen and the surrounding area since January 2016. These appear to be large-scaleweapons tests, military exercises and human experimentation of the Swiss military and the SwissIntelligence Agency, Nachrichtendienst des Bundes, NDB. The conduct of these military exercisesis highly criminal and is mostly aimed at the Swiss population.

Electromagnetic Weapons

The weapons which are in use in Unterengstringen are known as electromagnetic weapons,radiation weapons, microwave weapons, Directed Energy Weapons and as Non-Lethal Weapons.The latter name is misleading as these weapons can cause cancer, organ and brain damage and withtime can cause death. The physical damage is initially hidden, but has devastating consequenceslong term.

Electromagnetic weapons can shoot through several walls and do not leave impact holes. Thatis the case as 50% of microwave radiation passes through walls, see image below. This is the reasonwhy one can use mobile phones in the cellar and why tenants in blocks of flats can use the Wi-Fi oftheir neighbours. For this reason, kitchen microwaves have to be entirely shielded with metal andthe viewing window has to be covered in a metal grid in order to reflect the radiation inward.

What many don't know is that the radiation that is used for wireless internet and other applicationscan also be used as a weapon at high intensity and with tight collimation. It is particularly damagingwhen the energy is bundled into high-intensity pulses. By generating such pulses with lasers onecan even break away or evaporate metal, a process that is known as Laser Etching or Laser Weldingin the industry.

Based on this physical effect, a new type of weapon was developed in the 1950-70s with which onecan attack victims through walls and therefore also torture, injure and murder them within their ownhomes. These weapons have been kept classified for a long time, but are now being manufactured inlarge numbers and at very low cost, and are being used covertly against civilians. Examples of larger-scale electromagnetic weapons are lasers used by the military to shoot downrockets, and the Active Denial System, a microwave weapon, which was used for mass murder inIraq and is, worryingly, also used against civilian protests. Smaller models of electromagneticweapons, which also cause physical harm, fit into rucksacks and handbags. One can even modifystandard kitchen microwaves and use them as radiation weapons. The global market forelectromagnetic weapons is expanding rapidly and is predicted to increase fivefold from $8bn to$42bn between 2016 and 20231.

Health Damages due to Electromagnetic Weapons

As mentioned above, the main health damages arising from the use of electromagnetic weapons aretumour formation, cancer, organ and brain damage. I would like to draw your attention specificallyto the fact that babies, infants and the elderly above 60 years of age are particularly vulnerable tothe radiation damage. Young girls and women of reproductive age are particularly in danger asradiation weapons damage the female egg cells which are already formed in the ovaries at birth.This can cause DNA damage which degenerates the X-chromosomes permanently for allsubsequent generations2.

Should you have suffered unusual pain or other strange symptoms since January 2016, especially,headaches, joint aches, heart or heart rhythm issues, digestive trouble, problems with eye-sight,sleep deprivation, neurological complaints, tumours or cancer, then you should pay particularattention to the information provided here. Radiation weapons can also cause sudden depression,difficulties concentrating, unusual memory impairment, changes in personality, tiredness, suddenaggression and atypical mood swings.

Should you know of instances of death within the danger zone (see attachment) then those casesshould be investigated with view towards a possible connection to these weapons test and militaryexercises. The investigation of my team has indication that Western Secret Services often commitmurder in order to vacate flats or houses for their purposes, and to cash in on fraudulent lifeinsurance policies on the victim which have been entered into without the knowledge of the victim.Equally, victims are murdered to avoid claims for damages. For these reasons, the deaths in thiscommunity from 2015 onwards have to be investigated.

Furthermore, sudden changes in behaviour, health issues or death in pets, including thedisappearance of pets, can result from these weapons tests. The torture or injury of pets is equallyactionable as property damage to for example cars or house walls.

Weapons Testing in Unterengstringen

I have been a resident of Unterengstringen since September 2015. Starting from January 2016, Ihave been attacked with electromagnetic weapons around the clock. These shots can be measuredand I have uploaded numerous evidence videos of measurements of these attacks to the internet,see my website https://stop007.org under “Evidence”. I have also made countless videos aboutinjuries which I suffered as a result. The attacks are particularly intensive during the night such thatI wake up with fresh bruises on most mornings.

The attacks appear to come from the neighbouring houses, whereby it should be noted that I ambeing attacked from all directions, which means that at least 4 neighbours have to be involved inthese crimes.

Only homes with a direct line of sight onto my flat in Langacherstrasse 6 are candidates forthe source of the attacks. That is the case since electromagnetic projectiles travel in a straight line.

It is extremely difficult for civilians to determine the source of electromagnetic attacks. The reason

for that is that these weapons fire pulsed shots which do not leave impact holes and travel at thespeed of light. It is, however, not impossible and thus I have succeeded in identifying the likelyperpetrators. This is now part of covert investigations.

Cease and Desist Demand

For this reason, I am hereby delivering a demand to the perpetrators to cease and desist the physicalharm and the aiding and abetting of covert murder immediately. Due to the ongoing investigations,which are also of international consequence, I cannot identify the individual perpetrators at thisstage. For this reason, I am addressing the entire neighbourhood, whereby I assure those neighbourswho are innocent that I do not suspect anyone without cause or proof.

Threat to National Security

I also would like to warn those neighbours who are innocent and who have a direct line of sightonto my home that they too are affected by these crimes. This is the case as 50% of the radiation isreflected by the house walls and scatters into the surrounding houses which have a direct line ofsight onto my home. This means that certain neighbours who live within the angle of reflectionfrom the perpetrators have also been intensely irradiated in the past 2 years, see diagram below, andcan as a result develop cancer or other health problems like me. Due to the devastating long termeffects of the irradiation it is therefore very important that you keep this letter since you have a rightto damages even after 5, 10 or 15 years.

In the case of a frontal attack, the perpetrators are irradiating themselves with the same dose as thevictim, see diagram below. The irradiation of the perpetrators is part of the military plans and isintended to destroy the main witnesses of these crimes at the same time. Furthermore, ourinvestigation has indicated that very often a second ring of perpetrators is set up around the initialperpetrators themselves who are then covertly irradiating these in order to shorten their lifetime.This, as well as the targeted irradiation of the neighbourhood is part of large-scale genocide plans ofthe Western governments, see the section below, which deals with these issues.

Denial of Help from Public Institutions

Claims for damages can be addressed to the Swiss military and the Swiss Intelligence Agency, aswell as to the local police since all three institutions have been informed by me personally and haverefused all assistance. You can quote that I, Dr. Katherine Horton, have spoken several times toMr Merz at the military police in 2016 and have informed him of the misuse of military weapons inthe civilian domain. On 15. March 2017, I spoke in person with a high-ranking officer of the SwissIntelligence Agency in the military head quarters in Berne, who confirmed that very many Swisscomplain to him about microwave weapons attacks. At the police in Unterengstringen, I havespoken several times with Mr. Schoch and Ms Meyer. The officer in charge of the police station inUnterengstringen is Mr. Wendelin Koch. In addition to the microwave assaults, I had to reportseveral break-ins into my flat. These break-ins are part of the disintegration (“Zersetzung”)campaign of the Secret Services against the victims.

The microwave attacks are the result of state terrorism, or more specifically of criminal attacks ofan international network of organised criminals who have corrupted state officials in all Europeancountries and in the USA over the past few decades. For this reason, corrupt officials deny thevictims all help.

This has been the case for several decades by now. During that time, the number of victims hassteadily increased. In 2007, there were already over 1500 documented cases internationally, whichwere passed to the Swiss authorities by the Swiss citizen Walter Madliger and the activist JohnFinch3. International Planned Genocide of the Civilian Population

The investigations of the past year have established that the attacks on the civilian population withelectromagnetic weapons, which happen internationally, are being conducted by the Secret Services.By now, it has been discovered that there appear to be Genocide Treaties which have been signedby the governments and according to which a mass murder of the civilian population is to beconducted. It appears to be the case that these plans are part of the depopulation of planet Earth inconnection to UN Agenda 21 and UN Agenda 2030.

The intelligence organisation Deagel.com, which is being used as an intelligence provider byinternational Intelligence Agencies like the American NSA and other state organisations like NATO,OECD and the World Bank (as can be seen for example in Wikileaks documents4), has publishedthe planned genocide rates for the individual countries. According to the forecast, a third of theSwiss population is to be exterminated by 2025. These and other incredibly criminal plans for other

countries can be accessed on the website of Deagel.com using the search function for each country.

Part of these genocide plans is the recruitment of corrupts and proletarians in the neighbourhood ofthe victim. These local perpetrators are very well paid and appear to be given access to thesurveillance footage from the private quarters of the victim. The idea behind that is to develop areliance on the illegal income and an addiction to voyeurism and sadism in the perpetrators. Theaddiction is then used to incite the neighbours to covert murder with radiation weapons. Slandercampaigns are used against the victim in order to smear them as criminals, drug addicts, alcoholics,paedophiles or prostitutes.

Request for Assistance

Our investigative team has been trying for the past year to stop the genocide and the attacks againstthe civilian population. I am supporting several cases in Switzerland and also internationally as anexpert witness, for example the case of Siegfried Tomys in Biel, Switzerland, the case of FredericLaroche in Grenoble, France, and the case of Melanie Vritschan in Brussels, Belgium. After the first hearing in London, I survived an assassination attempt on me in Switzerland. Sincethen, I have been mutilated continuously and even more sadistically as previously withelectromagnetic machine-guns from the neighbourhood. The psychopathic brutality of theneighbours is only topped by their stupidity. That's because the international comparison shows thatthe perpetrators are to be murdered in the same genocide in order to kill all witnesses to the crimes.

Despite the fact that we are giving our best, my colleagues and I cannot stop this state criminalitywithout your help. This is especially the case as the perpetrators are being paid large sums fromblack budges (presumably from the funds misappropriated from the Swiss social insurance AHV,where according to the Swiss whistleblower Harry Heutschi large sums have been removed), and asa result of greed and addiction to power these criminals will not stop the maiming and murder bythemselves. For this reason, I ask you to support me in the community, at the local police and at thenational level. Should you be aware of the identity of the perpetrators, I would like to ask you todemand from those people that they cease and desist the attacks on me and other neighbours andterminate their cooperation with the state-organised criminality immediately.

One example of how you can assist with the investigations is by keeping an eye on the comings andgoings in the neighbourhood, as well as the parking of foreign or continuously changing cars inLangacherstrasse and the surrounding areas. These military programs use civilians, whom theycontinuously exchange, as stalkers and observers of the victim.

As part of these military programs, young people, pensioners, the unemployed, but also manyforeigners are trained in the use of these electromagnetic weapons. We have discovered that flats arerented around the victim which are then used as training centres. These locations flag up as thestream of people who frequent such places change daily. If you could please help me discover theseflats then that would be of great help.

My investigation team and I are going to continue to give our best to assist the victims and thecivilian population in the battle against this state criminality and the genocide. If you could help us,especially me in Switzerland, with your support and your networks then we have a good fightingchance to stop this megalomania in Switzerland.

To the perpetrators who are taking part in my mutilation and the covert murder of neighbours, I



would like to point out that as war criminals they can be tried and brought to justice in the nationalcourts, as well as in international courts and war crime tribunals abroad with direct consequenceswithin Switzerland. As there is no limitation period in the case of crimes against humanity, it meansthat the perpetrators are liable with their private assets for decades to come.
