Dr Justin Barry-Walsh answered a survey with the opinion that there were several instances of bad faith against Simon Kaiwai. These were perpetrated by Richard Firth, Himadri Seth and Ian Goodwyn. When Simon pointed out that the case studies were real events Justin Barry-Walsh refused to perform his stared duty to report the unconscionable behaviour
