    Beating the Blues is a computerise cognitiveehavioural therapy (cCBT) programme for epression

    an an iety. It has een shown to e a cost effective antime efficient way of helping people suffering from thesecon itions to get etter an stay etter.

    Beating the Blues is an 8-session, self help treatmentesigne for use y patients with no previous computer

    e perience.

    During the 8-session programme users i entify specificpro lems an realistic treatment goals.
