Children are welcome in our worship. We have a nursery available for children 3 and under. Children 4 to 6 years of age may be dismissed to Godly Play prior to the sermon. Thank you for joining us today and may the Lord richly bless you. Song of Assembly 1 Lord, I Lift Your Name on High Founds Lord, I lift Your name on high; Lord, I love to sing Your praises. I’m so glad You’re in my life; I’m so glad You came to save us. You came from Heaven to earth to show the way; From the earth to the cross, my debt to pay. From the cross to the grave, from the grave to the sky; Lord, I lift Your name on High. Welcome and Preparation for Worship Come, ye sinners, poor and needy, Weak and wounded, sick and sore; Jesus ready stands to save you, Full of pity, love and power. I will arise and go to Jesus, He will embrace me in His arms; In the arms of my dear Savior, O there are ten thousand charms. Come, ye thirsty, come, and welcome, God’s free bounty glorify; True belief and true repentance, Every grace that brings you nigh. Come, ye weary, heavy laden, Lost and ruined by the fall; If you tarry till you’re better, You will never come at all. View Him prostrate in the garden; On the ground your Maker lies. On the bloody tree behold Him; Sinner, will this not suffice? Lo! th’incarnate God ascended, Pleads the merit of His blood: Venture on Him, venture wholly, Let no other trust intrude. Let not conscience make you linger, Not of fitness fondly dream; All the fitness He requireth Is to feel your need of Him. - Joseph Hart 1 All songs used by permission or covered under CCLI license # 391165. The Lord Meets Us at His Table The Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper A Word About Communion - The bread and juice you see on the Communion table may not look like much to the casual observer. In fact, it is merely bread and juice. What makes this meal special is that the Lord Jesus Christ is spiritually present in a unique way. This sacrament is not something to be taken lightly but neither is it a time to be somber; rather, we should be filled with thankfulness and joy. Our Savior, out of His great mercy, bids His people to come to this meal. If you are a member of a church who embraces the Gospel of Jesus Christ and are at peace with your fellow Christians, we welcome you to this table. Come and consider with us our Lord’s body and shed blood symbolized in the bread and juice. Rejoice with us in our union with Him and with each other as His Covenant people.

3 4, 5, & 6 year-old children may be dismissed before the sermon to Godly Play in room 173.

My Jesus, I Love Thee Featherstone

My Jesus I love Thee, I know Thou art mine; For Thee all the follies of sin I resign.

My gracious Redeemer, my Savior art Thou; If ever I loved Thee, my Jesus, ’tis now.

I love Thee, because Thou hast first loved me, And purchased my pardon on Calvary's tree.

I love Thee for wearing the thorns on Thy brow; If ever I loved Thee, my Jesus, 'tis now.

I’ll love Thee in life, I will love Thee in death,

And praise Thee as long as Thou lendest me breath; And say when the deathdew lies cold on my brow,

If ever I loved Thee, my Jesus, 'tis now.

In mansions of glory and endless delight, I'll ever adore Thee in heaven so bright;

I'll sing with the glittering crown on my brow, If ever I loved Thee, my Jesus, ’tis now.

The Lord Blesses Us and Sends Us Out Benediction4 Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Grace Like Rain Collins

Hallelujah! Grace like rain falls down on me. Hallelujah! And all my stains are washed away,

They’re washed away.

Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, Hallelujah all my stains are washed away, there washed away.

4 Just as God called us into His presence at the beginning, so now He commands His blessing upon us as we depart. We look up and extend our hands in a posture of thanksgiving as we receive this great gift. Our final response to God’s assurance of His peace and presence upon those who are in Christ is a chorus of joyful song.
