JUNE 4 – FARM TO FORK BRUNCHLearn delicious brunch favorites from Jim LaPerriere, owner of Distinctive Dining, including: a strawberry and aperol spritzer, market veggie and boursin omelet, multi-grain buckwheat oat pancake and strawberry rhubarb compote.

JUNE 18 – SUMMER SALSAS & SLAWSJoin Paul Ortiz and William Griffor, chefs at Alpen Rose Restaurant, as they use favorite Market fruits and vegetables to create unique salsas and coleslaws.

JULY 2 – NOT YOUR TYPICAL PB&JJodi Rademaker, from JK’s Bakehouse & Deli, will show attendees how to use Market produce and homemade jam to create delicious sandwiches for the whole family.

JULY 9 – KOREAN CUISINEChefs Tom Hoover and Angela Matusaik of Hope College Dining will demonstrate the Korean dish, Bibimbap, which means, “mixed rice.”

JULY 16 – ROASTED VEGETABLE BRUSCHETTA BARDonna Sawyer, owner of Donna Sawyer: Celebrating Life and Food, will prepare a unique and simple bruschetta bar including grilled vegetables, fruits and breads and a variety of sauces, meats and cheese.

JULY 23 – SPECTACULAR SUMMER SALADSRachel Johnson and Jen Plaggemars from Relish: A Personal Chef Service will prepare three summer salads that are quick, easy and delicious.

JULY 30 – FRESH, FAST & FUSTINIFIED!Join Andy Stewart, corporate chef at Fustini’s Oils and Vinegars, as he incorporates a variety of Fustini’s oils and vinegars into recipes using fresh produce that are perfect for meals on the go.

AUGUST 20 – NUTRITIOUS & DELICIOUS DISHESJoin registered dietitian Jessica McDaniel from Holland Hospital, as she cooks up simple side dishes. Learn how to get the most nutrients out of your seasonal products!

AUGUST 27 – NO COOK HORS D’OEUVRESShelly Rash, executive chef at CityFlats Hotel, will demonstrate a variety of hors d’oeuvres that can be made without turning on the oven or stove!

SEPTEMBER 3 – TASTY TOMATO TREATSButch’s Dry Dock’s executive chef, Clark Frain, will use heirloom tomatoes to create three simple, yet unforgettable recipes.

SEPTEMBER 10 – HEIRLOOM TOMATO BRUSCHETTACory Holleman, owner and chef at Sandy Point Beach House, will provide tips for preparing classic summer appetizers including heirloom tomato bruschetta!
