Step 2 - Installation On a PC After the software downloads, double-click on the installer and follow the screen prompts. After installing, launch Skype for Business and log in to your account. You will use your JSU username and password.

Step 2 - Installation On a Mac Lync is the Mac equivalent to Skype for

Business. It has the same features and functions of the PC counterpart. After the software

downloads, double-click on the installer and follow the screen prompts. After installing, launch

Lync and log in to your account. You will use your JSU username and password.

Step 1 - Download Installer Whether you are using a Mac or a PC, Step 1 for Downloading Skype for Business is the same. To get

started, navigate to your Office 365 account and click on Settings and then click on Office 365 Settings. If you are on a Mac, you have the option to download Skype for Business separately. If you are on a PC, you

have to download Skype as part of your Office app bundle. Click on the software you need and click Install.
