Welcome to Redlands is a FREE destination welcoming and wayfinding online training program. It’s about Redlands and Brisbane Region building on our reputation as one of the friendliest destinations in the world by making a world of difference to our visitors. We aim to provide our visitors with a personal connection to our destination, our culture and our events that will be cherished for years to come and leave them wanting to be part of it again. Anyone within our wider local tourism industry who plays a role in welcoming and hosting visitors can participate. Participants may include those working in hotels, venues, transport, events, attractions, retail, restaurants, cafes and bars or volunteers with a passion and drive to make a difference.
