2011-2012

why joss growers? Joss Growers strives to be a leader in the availability of new and innovative plant material to our market. We are a designer nursery with an eye for the unique. Joss Growers is the area leader in the production of the newest plant trends. Our growers work onsite, so we are proud to have available extensive knowledge of the plants we produce. Along with the latest plant trends, we also grow a variety of Texas native and drought tolerant plants. Joss Growers is a family owned and operated business established in 1993.

POLICY INFORMATIONTERMS OF SALEEach sale is complete and binding upon the customer and Joss Growers at its invoicing location or upon delivery of material. All claims for errors or unsatis-factory stock must be reported upon receipt and confirmed by written mem-orandum within 24 hours. All sales are cash until credit has been established. Credit may be available upon submission of a completed credit application to those customers in good standing. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge at the maximum rate allowed by state law. Customers, who do not pay when due, agree to reimburse Joss Growers for all costs or expenses of collection, including court costs, attorney’s fees, and other expenses incurred by Joss Growers in collecting the account.

GUARANTEEThe purchase price paid shall be our maximum liability, should our material be proven defective at the time of sale or delivery. We exercise the greatest care possible to keep our plants true to name and are willing to replace on proper proof any that may prove otherwise.

RESTOCKING FEECustomers whose orders are rescheduled/cancelled after material has been pulled will be assessed a 50% restocking fee.
