Global Mobility (Onshore/ Offshore)

Mobilisations and Demobilisations, both for local and overseas projects, are handledby Dovre's in-house Mobility and Operations team for all employment requirementsprior to actual start of any project.

Mobility Teams are consist of Team Members experienced in managing work permitapplications, immigration requirements, background & medical checks, travelarrangements and various in-country support services (i.e. accommodation,transportation, settling-in, etc.) needed.

In collaboration with our Clients including sub-suppliers, Dovre implements risk-reducing measures and programs such as but not limited to periodic medical checksof exposed personnel, medical emergency response procedures, safety trainings, HSEbriefings & accident preventive measures, etc.

PAYROLL UPKEEP & STATUTORY PAYMENTS

Payroll set-up, upkeep and other payroll- related transactions are handled andmanaged by trained and capable Dovre Staff.

Supported by its Payroll Software System, statutory such as but not limited to SocialSecurities, Pensions and or Tax payments are automatically calculated by the system,thereafter checked and verified by our Staff to ensure accuracy in all payments.

All payments are carried out on a timely manner including release of salaries.
