We started by talking to a lot of travel managers

• Found that there are limited tools that help the corporate travel manager…– Analyze spending habits– Compare their patterns to that of the industry– Optimize their air travel program

• Tools that are available provide either incomplete or old information that puts the travel manager at a disadvantage

• “Why do I have to go through my travel department when I can just book it myself at a cheaper rate?”

• Relevant. Data needs to be accurate, timely and important

• Understandable. Multiple constituencies should be able to understand what the data means to them
