I was born and raised in West Virginia but havespent over 20 years as a Chef in Central California.In addition to working for many local restaurants,for many years I was a culinary instructor at the ITCulinary Academy.

Throughout my career I have had the fortune ofcooking for several famous people such asPresident George Bush, Jack Nicklaus, DanQuayle, Eddie Money, Wolfman Jack and manyothers. Located at the Centre Plaza at the top of the ParkPlaza, you can exchange vows against a romanticblue sky and majestic water fountain. Ideal forwedding ceremonies up to 100 guests.

ARBOR THEATRE

Located at the Centre Plaza, this warm and invitingevent room will accommodate up to 250 personsfor a special banquet event. 4,000 square feet ofrich hardwood floors and walls draped in full lengthblack drapes. Perfect for a formal event.

OUTDOOR PARK PLAZA

Located at the Centre Plaza, this outdoor ceremonysetting is perfect for up to 600 guests. Enjoy thesound of water fountains and reflecting poolssurrounded by beatuiful brick accent and gardenlandscaping.

GRAND BALLROOM

Traditional and elegant with beautiful chandeliersand warm decor. The Grand Ballroom willaccommodate 300 persons with over 5,000 squarefeet of event space. Perfect for a lavish social orcorporate affair.

NAPA ROOM

Our Napa room is contemporary and elegantwith hues of indirect lighting, neutral color tonesand a unique built in bar. Very popular forspecial events for up to 150 persons with 3,315square feet of enjoyable space.

GARDEN TERRACE

For intimate gatherings of up to 50 persons, thisroom is perfect for corporate gatherings, rehearsals,dinners, and showers. With the adjoining outdoorpatio, the area will accommodate 100 guests and is awonderful space for indoor ceremonies for up to70 persons.

HARVEST HALLLocated at the Centre Plaza, the largest of ourvenues accommodating 1200 guests for a specialreception or banquet. This event room is 16,000square feet and may be divided into three smallerrooms accommodating 200 to 500 guests.

SKYLINE ROOMAppropriately named for its views of the CentralValley, this room features an abundance ofnatural light with large windows, privately locatedon our 11th floor. This conference room willaccommodate up to 60 persons.

We have been very proud to produce events in Modesto at the DoubleTree by Hilton Modesto and Modesto

Centre Plaza for the past ten years. I cannot think of a more beautiful city to host the International Wedding

Festival and Modesto Women’s Expo. The city is rich with opportunity and has welcomed our events whole

heartedly. We have produced events in many major cities, but Modesto we have called home because of its

dynamic growth, history, diverse people and geographic location. From a business standpoint, Modesto is rapidly
