This tournament will be open to all female members of any local USBC chartered association in the state of Missouri and will be conducted under the rules and regulations of the United States Bowling Congress. Non-members who reside in the jurisdicon of these associations who are not members of another state association can become eligible by the purchase of a USBC membership card. A USBC member who is a non-resident of Missouri may parcipate in the tournament by paying the local association dues in the associaon where the tournament is being hosted. Only one such member can be on any team roster. a. Bowlers may bowl only once in each event in this tournament. 2. All entrants will be handicapped 80% of the dierence between their highest cered league average and 210 for singles, 420 for doubles and 840 for team. All averages must be established in a USBC cerfied league and will be used in the following order: a. Previous season’s highest (standard or adjusted sport) in any associaon area. This includes those established in USBC youth competition.) b. If no previous season average, the entrant’s highest current average for at least 21 games as of January 1, 2015.(MUST SUPPLY CURRENT LEAGUE STANDING SHEET, OR INDIVIDUAL BOWLER RECORD.) c. If neither of the above, use the highest current season average at me of parcipation, based on 21 games. (MUST BRING an INDIVIDUAL BOWLER RECORD, CURRENT LEAGUE SHEET, or provide the ability to check standings and averages on the internet AT THE TIME OF BOWLING.) d. If none of the above, bowler will bowl scratch at 210 3. LATE ENTRY: Allowed subject to availability of lanes up to one day before squad. Money order or cash only accepted for fees. Late fee of $5 per person will be assessed for entries postmarked on or aer Feb. 18, 2015. 4. USBC Rule 319a3 will apply. Rule 319a2 does not apply. (10 pin rule) 5. ENTRY FEE: Each event is $22 per person. (Doubles is one event, Singles is a separate event – must enter both.) All events: Additional $2 per person: entry optional. ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM. Any entrant may pay the $2 All Events fee and be eligible for the All Events prize fund on ancipaon of bowling all three events. 6. SUBSTITUTES will take position of bowler replaced and no re-arranging of the line-up will be made. Substutes MUST have wrien verication of average. All substuons should be made at least ONE HOUR prior to squad me. A substute will not be required to reimburse the original entrant with the entry fee paid nor shall the substute be expected to give the original entrant any prize money or trophy she may win. If a substute is used for a bowler who has paid the All Events fee, the sub must bowl for the same person in all three events to be eligible for an All Events prize. 7. NO refunds will be made aer schedule is accepted. Schedule will be considered accepted unless refused within ten days of postmarked conrmaon. 8. NO re-arranging of line-up for Team or Doubles will be permied. Switching players from one Team or from one set of Doubles scheduled to bowl on the same squad will not be allowed. Pacers will not be allowed. 9. DOUBLES entries must be complete 2, 4, or 6 women. 10. TEAMS wishing to cross lanes shall submit entry forms and fees in the same envelope along with WRITTEN REQUEST to cross lanes and a NOTATION on each entry form also stang request. 11. RESERVATIONS will be accepted. Full fees and completed entry forms must be forwarded to the Missouri State USBC Tournament Director on or before January 15, 2015. 12. WE reserve the right to move entries if squads cannot be filled. 13. TEAM captain will collect her team members’ USBC cards and check in ONE HOUR before squad me at team event. Double partners will check in together at least ONE HOUR before squad me at the doubles/singles event. 14. BOWLERS are asked to wear suitable are when parcipang in this tournament. Skirts and slacks are preferred. Short shorts ARE NOT considered suitable are. 15. MISSOURI State USBC will not furnish bowlers for teams or doubles. 16. Any entrant appearing at her scheduled me of bowling who appears to be under the inuence of intoxicang liquors or drugs, or any entrant who willfully delays the normal progress of the game, or any entrant whose conduct on the lanes is considered objeconable, shall be removed immediately from the lanes and tournament, whether a qualied substute is available or not. “SPIRIT OF ST . Tournament Rules

1.
