DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3/4 teaspoon vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, egg, vanilla and oil. Add the contents of the jar and mix well. Line muffin cups with paper muffin liners or grease the muffin cups. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
