1 Get to know your oils

The oils in the Home Essentials kit as per the video tutorial above

Lavender “Widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities

• Aids restful sleep • Soothes skin irritations – bites – stings – burns - itchiness • Eases muscle tension” • Calming for the emotions • Great in the diffuser at night or in a bath for its calming & relaxing

Peppermint “peppermint may be the most versatile essential oil in the world

along with lavender. Literally, there are few body, health, and mind issues that

it cannot help.

How to know what Oils to use for what condition? We have a few different

ways to do this.

1, Modern essential App to your phone – We don’t have to be experts to be

able to help people or ourselves with essential oils! Here is a great way to be

able to access which oils are best for what condition.

Download this from your app store on your device. For less than £6 it is an

essential tool to assist you. Never be without information at your fingertips!

2, Online Reference to conditions and recommended oils – great to again

look up different conditions to be able to cross reference recommended oils.

GOOGLE – another great resource when researching oils. Make sure you put

doTERRA first followed by the condition. Often research will display various

recommendations, this is where you can cross reference, with the other

resources to be able to decide which oils you can use. Always start with the oils

you have and over time add to your collection.
