Opening HoursGuests are requested to remember that they can have access to the Thermal Spa 60 minutes prior to the closing time at the latest. We kindly request our guests to leave the Thermal Spa 15 minutes before our facilities are closed. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you are ready for your treatment avoiding unnecessary delays.

BookingsAny type of treatment is subject to availability at the time of booking. You can book by telephone, email, in our website or directly at the Spa reception.

Method Of PaymentPayment can be made either cash, by credit card, bank transfer or alternatively it could be added to your room charge.

DepositA 50% deposit is required when booking numerous treatments or treatments for more than one person.

CancellationPlease notify us of any cancellations or postponements of your visit with us at least 4 hours in advance. 50% of the total booking amount will be charged in case cancellation is not done with the necessary notice or in case guests miss their appointment. If a guest is delayed and his/her appointment cannot be postponed due of lack of availability then the length of the treatment will be reduced. When due to treatment’s nature this is not possible, the appointment will be cancelled following our cancellation policy.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat To Wear In The Thermal SpaThe use of swimming suit, swim cap and flipflops is obligatory. They can be purchased at the Spa reception. The Spa provides guests towels for their comfort.

Where To Get ChangedOur facilities include changing rooms to get changed before entering the Thermal Spa, which are equipped with showers and hairdryers.

What To Do With My BelongingsWe provide our guests lockers for individual use free of charge. The Centre is not responsible for any damage or loss in your personal property or valuables at any time. We strongly recommend not wearing any kind of jewelry either in the Thermal Spa area or in the spa treatments.

Silence And CalmnessBoth silence and calmness are the necessary conditions to be able to enjoy those precious relaxing moments in the spa area. In order to ensure that you can relax in the spa to the maximum, we strongly suggest speaking softly keeping noise levels a minimum. Please do not forget to leave your mobile (in silent mode) inside your locker.

Courtesy And RespectPlease take a shower before entering the pool area, and after the sauna and the steam cabin. You are kindly requested to behave in a polite and respectful way.

Medical ConditionsIn case that you suffer from any contagious skin disease, cardiovascular disease, acute myocardial infarction (AMI), severe high or low blood pressure, temperature, malaise or other illness, we do not recommend you to visit the Thermal Spa. For other treatments, please inform a member of the Spa of any

medical condition prior to your arrival. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor for advice and always inform the therapist first.

Hair RemovalIf you have an appointment for a hair removal treatment, ensure to fix it before enjoying the Thermal Spa and avoid hair removals after a prolonged sun exposure. Our staff will be glad to answer your questions.

ShavingTo guarantee the best results in face treatments, it is advisable to get shaved 2 hours before your treatment.
