improved Healthspan. To that aspiration, LSI has created a new model of medicine that will transform

client to create a lifelong BioProgram based on a comprehensive personal analysis and monitoring.

Discussions and LOIs with world-class university medical centers, publicly traded medical companies,
and hotel companies are currently underway. Current Strategic alliances include NeoStem Inc. (stem
cell collection), Progenitor Cell Therapy LLC (cryo-facilities & transport), and LABICLIN (standard lab
tests). Through its partnerships, LSI offers technologies not readily available elsewhere, such as adult
stem cell technologies, including collection and banking of these cells for use later in life – a form of

We are currently sourcing equity and debt ÄUHUJPUg for each component of Dorada, and are amid discussions with several parties. In line with our conservative philosophy, we will not commit to any debt obligation or initiate major construction unless the operational and funding partners are fully secured.
Once formally initiated, Dorada should have a 5-year build out period, including all components. The current permits separate the development into four phases as depicted in the chart below:
