MelamineTesrol Melamine doors are manufactured to the highest standard, using the latest technology.

Our decorative melamine doors come finished with the colour applied to both sides and with matching edging.

When selecting one of our printed colours the grain direction can be either vertical or horizontal depending on the look required.

We edge our doors using PUR gluing technology (POLY-URATHANE-REACTIVE) which ensures a stronger bond and higher heat resistance than traditional hot melt glues generally used within the industry.

Caring for your Tesrol Doors

Your Tesrol Doors and Panels are easily cleaned using a solution of mild soapy water and a soft cloth. More persistent stains may be treated with methylated spirits followed by soapy water. Never use solvent based or abrasive cleaners which could damage the surface.

Excessive heat can cause damage, so it is important to ensure the following.

• Always use your rangehood when cooking.

• Avoid having toasters, coffee machines etc. in a position where heat is constantly being subjected to the product’s surface.

Some ovens which are flush mounted are not designed to deflect heat away from surrounding surfaces. It is important to ensure the following.

• Tesrol supply heat deflector strips in black, white or chrome, which must be used to protect your doors and panels.

• Failure to correctly install heat deflectors may void the product warranty.

Tesrol is an Australian owned family business. Since the inception of Tesrol in 1980 back in the small Sydney suburb of Girraween, the hands on approach has been the true secret to this company’s success.

The primary focus for this new found passion evolved from the love that a father and son had for timber and joinery. To compliment this was an ‘Old Fashioned Service’ that was consistently pleasing and surpassingly great.

Jorge Fernandez and his father saw an opportunity in the joinery market and started to produce high quality kitchen cupboard doors for other cabinet makers and kitchen suppliers. Along with a great team of specialists, the Tesrol team was joined by George Rizk who today is the Managing Director and he like Jorge, is still active in the company today.

With the combination of quality products and services, the business became an unprecedented success and rapid expansion soon spread throughout Australia.

Today, over 30 years later Tesrol is still at the forefront of this highly competitive market. The state of the art manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park NSW is almost 10,000 square metres in size; is owned and operated by the pioneers, along with the great team of experts that collectively deliver a holistic solution second to none. Tesrol is now known as the choice company for the highest in quality doors and excellent finishes.
