/ Meeting the donor– our impressionDonor Larkin is a credible young man, who is not afraid to step up and assume a responsibility. It is clear that Larkin finds rest in himself, and this makes it easy to relax in his company.

Larkins purposefulness and large curiosity for life, has lead him widely across the world and has given him many exciting experiences.

Since the age of 8, Larkin has been a scout and it is clear that the scout life, with the outdoors experiences and scout camps - both inland and abroad -, has given him some healthy values along his way.

Today, Larkin is associated with a scout centre, where he teaches courses to young scouts in his free time. In this way, he is part of teaching scout values, like responsibility for the communi-ty and nature, to the next generation.

During his service in the military, Larkin had the honorable duties of being a guard in The Royal Guard. The guards’ most important task is to stand guard for the Danish queen and the Danish castles and palaces, where the royal family is situated. Larkin explains that during his time as a guard, he was benefited greatly by his good at-tention to detail and his need to “geek-out” over details. For e.g, one had to iron one’s shirts to perfection and Larkin was the only one amongst his 36 fellow soldiers that managed to achieve this without a single remark. With a laugh, Larkin adds that he also spent almost an entire hour on it.

Larkin has good practical workmanship and sets a high price on having structure and order in things. These qualities are also reflected in his choice of education.

Larkin first took an education as a sailor. This ed-ucational establishment took place on a training ship, a full three-mast rig, that sailed around the oceans. It is some memorable experiences Larkin takes with him from his time on the beautiful, old sailing ship. He is now busy with a further education as engineer, and he then plans to take an education as officer in defense.

When one speaks to Larkin, it is clear that he has set himself some goals about what he wants to do with his life, and he is already busy making these goals into a reality. We are very impressed by all the things he has already experienced.

It is our impression, that Larkin, naturally, is persistent. He is aware of his choices and fol-lows through what he has set for himself. It is simultaneously important for him to notice that the things he does, makes sense and makes him happy. If it does not do this, he is not afraid to change directions and set new goals.

Larkin is a tall, incredibly handsome man with a slender body build, that bares proof of him hav-ing played football for many years. Larkin has the typical scandinavian features with brown hair, pale skin and blue eyes. His smile is super charm-ing, a little crooked and shy in a boyish way.
