Introduction about Lian Song Lian Song as the wholly owned subsidiary of LENYU. LENYU was established in Taiwan in 1998 with the turnover 1 billion NTD. In 2011,LianSong has been set up. Officially established in 2012. The company covers 14000 square meter . It a professional sheet metal company with advanced technology 、good quantity、fast delivery, the product are sold to South East Asia and other countries around the world! The company covers 14000 square meter .

Now, our company has 85 people. R&D is made up of more than 20 senior engineer and technician. Experienced R&D, strong financial guarantee, high precision production equipment , rich customer information ensure our improvement and development of new products.

Our company execute the Quality Control principle strictly. All the work to enhance customer satisfaction and try our best to product most competitive production to meet the personalized needs of customers .

Our company equipment with 2 sets new Laser Cutting Machine, 1 sets CNC tower punch press and 8sets CNC Bending Machine. This 3 kinds of machines is the most important machine in CNC product. Especially for the highly precision parts and every kind of cabinet s. Besides, our company have 1 set 150T Hydraulic machine ,2 sets riveting machine, 2 sets spot welder,1 set CO2 welder, 1sets flatter and a assembly line.

With the strong supporting of other departments of LENYU: stamping, painting, assembly and tooling manufacturing, we also can provide punching, surface treatment, system assembly and mould design service .

Machinery Equipments(1) AMADA EM2510NT- NCT (Numeric Control Turret) Machine Capability: The cutting-edge EM Series turret punch press uses twin AC servo drives directly coupled to the drive shaft. The result is unmatched performance, superior reliability and lower operating costs. The machine is operating under numeric control and hanging with 45 NCT tool sets that can do punch, extrude, convex, countersink, and etc..

Machinery Equipments(2) Mitsubishi L3500/ML3015LVPS（Laser Cutting Machine） Characteristic ： The Laser Cutting Machine is non-contact blanking device with auto-feeding and FMS (Automatic Production System) equipment. It cuts various iron boards, iron nets, aluminum boards and non-metal materials flexibly at the minimum width of 0.15mm. It supports long-distance control without people for hours. To LVP series, towards the flight way of sheet metal cutting, it adopts Longmen structure to save material for customers maximally.
