Marine Diesel Engine Chain in large size and high precision is installed to various kinds of ship engines and It performs a function of rotating Cam Shaft Axis. It is also manufactured with the high degree of durability , fatigue resistance, precision and strength.DBC Marine Diesel Engine Chain had been developed by the Joint-Research with Hyundai Heavy Industry(HHI) in Korea. DBC Chain is the only one to obtain a Patent for this chain in Korea and this chain product has been manufactured in conformity with British standard. As only four leading chain manufacturers can produce this chain around the world, we are proud of being in possession of cutting edge of technologies in this Marine engine chain business.

This chain is used for the transportation of lots of materials such as iron ore, stone, coal, rock etc in bulk carrier and is the high quality and wear - resistant chain with special sealing methods to make high speed moving(90/min) possible or to prevent lubricating oil leaking and penetration of unnecessary substance. Further, this chain is widely applied to continuous unloading and is classified according to Pitch and breaking load and average breaking load is from 150,000kgf to 550,000kgf.

Features

DBC lube-free chain is composed of a special oil-impregnated sintered Bushing and coated pin for long-term internal lubrica-tion and it makes it possible for this chain to last long without the need for lubrication.DBC lube-free chain provide up to 40 times greater life time as compared to standard roller chains without lubrication in low operating speed 30m/min as well as up to 10 times greater service life in normal speed 90m/min.

DBC Conductive double plus chain is widely been used in production lines such as LCD, PDP in electrical industry for purpose of the antistatic purpose and provide low noise with separated Bush structure.
