Level 1, Tier II Technician | teleNetwork | September 2013-May 2014· I provided support for various ISP’s in the technical support department. · I assisted customers with basic troubleshooting instructions such as accessing the firmware of the

modem and configuring the proper credentials, pinging IP’s and checking for valid IP’s, resetting TCP/IP if needed, as well installing the appropriate antivirus software for the corresponding ISP.

· With improving call times, I was authorized to approve certain trouble ticket escalations that would otherwise have to be approved by a Level 2 technician.

Telecounselor | Texas State Phonathon | November 2012-September 2013· I contacted Texas State Alumni to request donations to various Texas State funds that assist the

promotion of University Advancement. · I also called high school juniors and seniors to provide information on Texas State University in hopes

to get them to apply; moreover, I answered any questions they had regarding the application process and Texas State University as a whole.

· During my time at the Texas State Phonathon, I raised approximately $7,000 in donations that went towards University Advancement.

Activities & Leadership· I was selected to be a member of the Texas State University Associated Student Government

Freshman Council in September 2010.· I was elected On-Campus Senator of the Associated Student Government by the Texas State

University student body in May 2011.· I was elected Off-Campus Senator of the Associated Student Government by the Texas State
