ImpactLives’ model is designed to help
people understand their unique gifts
and talents and provide training to
help them to use these gifts in the
service of others in their own commu-
nity and around the world, thus creat-
ing transformation in them as well as
those they serve.

Following up on last year’s
successful and impactful
service trip, we will be re-
turning to the Dominican
Republic with ImpactLives via
t h e o r g a n i z a t i o n ’ s
“ImpactQuest®” program.
The program is structured as such:
1. Students engage in “equipping”
sessions (assessments, discussion,
coaching, & training, etc.) matched
to their service experience.
2. Students experience a service learn-
ing experience designed to meet one
of the five basic human needs:
shelter, education, medical, food or
water.
3. During the experience, students use
the information from the “equipping”
& training sessions to meet personal
objectives and improve relationships
with others.
4. At the end of the experience,
students prepare a personal applica-
tion plan that will allow students to
use the knowledge they’ve acquired
and the insights they’ve gained in
their “everyday life” back home.
