Office of the Dean College of Arts and Sciences August 4, 2016 Greetings Potential Employer: This letter is my personal and professional recommendation for Minette Dominguez. Minette has worked as a student employee for the Dean’s Office in the College of Arts and Sciences for the summer of 2016. She has assisted Mary Altergott, Administrative Assistant and me since June 1 st in various capacities ranging from helping with our office move during renovation to completing many detailed clerical duties. I have found Minette to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. She is a self-motivated person who takes initiative and is willing to learn new tasks. An important part of her job in the Dean’s Office is to cover the desks and phones. Minette’s professional phone etiquette and customer service gives me confidence she can handle difficult issues as they arise. No matter what job is requested of her, Minette jumps in with enthusiasm. She has excelled in file maintenance, mailing deadlines, organizing vital information for faculty, data entry and creating spreadsheets for projects. Much of the information within our office requires a high level of confidentiality which Minette has observed with the utmost professionalism. Minette is an asset to our office and I highly recommend her for employment. She is a team player and has high expectations of her performance. I believe Minette merits serious consideration
