To best serve our customers DGX has offices throughout North America, Hawaii, Guam, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singa-pore, Hong Kong, Philippines, China and the Pacific Islands.
DGX ships to and from anywhere in North America––including to and from the Hawaiian Islands and Guam––to anywhere in the world. As an IATA member since 2000, our Air Export and Import products offer convenient routing and the most competitive values worldwide.
Domestic Shipping OptionsDomestic shippers can choose from Second Day Delivery or Deferred Delivery for a more economical service. Fulfilling customers’ needs for oversize, heavy weight, or hazardous material shipments (some restrictions apply), and delivery to the Hawaiian Islands are also a daily service. Shipments from 10 pounds to 10,000 pounds or more can easily move door to door. DGX can also handle specialized delivery requirements including job site, after hours, weekend, trade show and convention deliveries, with advance arrangements. International Shipping OptionsShipments from 10 kilos to 10,000 kilos or more can easily move door to door or door to airport. Whether regular product, oversize, heavy weight or hazardous material shipments (restrictions apply), we ensure that the integrity of your shipment is maintained throughout the move, taking all necessary steps to deliver your orders complete and on time.
Shipment SecuritySecurity of all air cargo is our top priority. DGX is fully compliant with all U.S. Government Homeland Security Administration requirements, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) cargo security programs and the FAA. We ensure that the integrity of your shipment is maintained throughout the move.
Our LAX and ORD facilities are Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (CCSF), as permitted by TSA. DGX will screen your cargo on-site using the highest level of technology as approved by TSA and ensure a seamless chain of custody control from point of pick up, to final delivery.
