The living room is bravely minimalist, its openness and use of clean lines maximise the feeling of spaciousness while the floor to ceiling windows allow natural

light to flood the interior. A colour palette of muted greys, charcoals, soft whites and blacks contrast with the changing treetop views, creating a connection

between the inside and outside. The frameless gas fireplace is the centrepiece of the room, an added touch of class that is both stylish and functional.

The interior exposes itself to the changing seasons and

responds in kind. |

Premium finishes are apparent throughout the kitchen. Adorned by a marble island

benchtop and featuring generous amounts of storage, including a butler’s pantry,

it is an opulent yet practical space. Miele appliances including a 5-burner gas cooktop,

separate built-in wall oven and steam oven provide for a gratifying cooking experience.

with the finest tools of the trade.

Carr, headed by the much awarded Sue Carr, is one of Australia’s most influential multidisciplinary design firms. For over 40 years, Carr has exceeded expectations. Our architects led by Chris McCue and interior designers directed by Dan Cox maintain a position as leaders of design practice and thinking. A host of successful outcomes and long-standing client relationships are testament to our team’s consistency and commitment. Carr has three core specialisations to address design for work, home and leisure; each discipline benefits from the knowledge, research and testing of the other. Our clients expect more than design: extraordinary homes that elevate quality of life, hospitality spaces that redefine amenity and attract guests, workspaces that advance business and are as practical as they are inspiring, superior financial returns

on investment; spaces that stand the test of time.
