All My mail to congratulate Carmin on: -1 st TFS Hot prospect handled as I requested – Amazing that this only happened after several weeks after multiple requests and only one person.. I would appreciate some ideas on why these seem so daunting or difficult…? -It should be easy: Lead received, prepare, call, give feedback… -The customers Carmin called has a 86 with 20 000km’s on and we questioned the hot lead status as he was only 12 months in to the contract..When Carmin called he said that he has already changed it for a Kia as the 86 didn’t meet his needs. Should he not have been driving a Rav? Maybe if he was received as a hot prospect on 8 months… -1 st Two Fleet appointments arranged with a manager : One has been completed and went very well, the other is next week. “Don’t be your own worst enemy in your endeavours to succeed – Just get it done, don’t contaminate progress with entertaining any fears of being rejected for any reason”. What the worst that can happen? Carmin: Please collect your reward. The next reward to follow for any team member who has completed 3 off the above, excluding Carmin who has to get to x 5 done.
