Southern Queensland Steel has Queensland’s largest range of steel processing equipment housed in it 20,000m2 state of the art warehouses. Our customers tell us that by using our processing facilities they are able to substantially increase their productivity, allowing them to take on larger projects, finishing them faster and within budget. Customers utilising our processing facility have increased productivity through reduced handling and minimising non conforming product.
Our equipment can be programmed from your workshop drawing or by electronic data transfer such as DXF, DWG, NC1 & DSTV files, programming through Data Transfer will insure what your Steel Detailer produced, you WILL receive.
Our range of equipment includes CNC Beam Lines, Angles Lines, Band Saws and Cropping Lines capable of processing the full range of structural steel, merchant bar, pipe and tube. Our plate processing capabilities include plasma and oxy cutting drilling, counter-sinking, boring, bevelling and marking of the largest available plate.
