To enable personal growth, instil a passion for learning

and create aspirational minds

This Development Plan sets out the implementation of our Strategic Plan for the next three years. This plan has been a consultative document with staff, parents, students and governors all contributing to our vision and setting the priorities to shape our future. We start with our newly agreed vision “to enable personal growth, instil a passion for learning and create aspirational minds among our students.” It is our mission “to unlock our students’ full potential, develop their confidence, creativity and intellect in a safe and caring environment, empowering their contribution to global society.”

Here we share with you the key priorities we will take to meet this vision and set out the road map to achieve our mission and develop High Performance Learning. High Performance Learning is designed

to offer schools a path that is inclusive,

challenging and ambitious. It offers

unprecedented opportunities to all

learners, embraces a broad paradigm

of education, and it represents an

improvement-focused framework for

outstanding schools.

In essence, High Performance Learning is

what excellent schools are all about.
