FERMENTATION: traditional.
MATURATION: 6 months in 500 l. Frenchdurmast tonneaux.
REFINING: 4 months in the bottle minimum.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 12,50 - 13,50%
TOTAL ACIDITY: 5 - 5,5‰
AGEING POTENTIAL: 6 - 8 anni, depending on vintages.
FIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 2001
