a) Record all occasions dogs are reported missing - (always take owners details and a bylaw/DCO incident report required if we actually find/deal with the dog)

b) Record all occasions dogs are seen running loose without owners in sight in SCH 2 or SCH3 area

c) DCO -Record all incidents seen where owners do not have control of dogs. – DCO SCH 3 area speak to them ask to put dog on lead

d) DCO- Record incidents where dogs are seen to run up to other site users not with the dog’s owners SCH 3 area - if complaints from the other site users or if clear distress

being caused - ask to put on lead

e) DCO - Record incidents where owners do not pick up dog mess – DCO SCH1 we should speak to owners who allow fouling at any time.

f) Record all incidents where dogs are seen on site without collar and identification – we should speak to all owners with dogs not wearing collars

g) DCO - Record all instances where dog are off lead in SCH2 area – ask owner to put on lead

h) DCO - Record instances where dog are taken into cafe dog exclusion zone – dog to be removed JANUARY

i) DCO – Record instances where more than 4 dogs are brought onto BB – ask to leave site
