Priscilla married Samuel F. Reinicker on July 10, 1839, in Fountain County, Indiana.(5)He was born August 19, 1815, in Adams County, Pennsylvania.(6) He died September18, 1902, in Fountain County, Indiana.(7) Priscilla died August 19, 1896, in FountainCounty, Indiana, and is buried in Campbell Cemetery, Fountain County, Indiana.(8)Samuel and Priscilla Hartman Reinicker had one child:(9) 1) Louella Bessie Renicker.

2) Rebecca Hartman was born July 9, 1822, in Rockingham County, Virginia.(10)She married David Reniker on October 4, 1841, in Fountain County, Indiana.(11) Hewas born December 9, 1818, in Adams County, Pennsylvania.(12) He died October 6,1851, in Lagro, Wabash County, Indiana.(13) Rebecca's age in 1850 is given as 29 andshe was born in Virginia.(13A)

Rebecca Hartman Reniker married second Nelson Deyo on August 4, 1852, inVermilion County, Illinois.(14) He was born November 24, 1827, in Pickaway County,Ohio.(15) He died December 20, 1872, in Vermillion County, Indiana.(16) He was buriedin Upper Mound Cemetery in Warren County, Indiana.(16A)

Rebecca married third Gilbert L. Mock on November 6, 1880, in VermillionCounty, Indiana.(16B) A biographical sketch in the History of Vermillion County, Indiana,is about Gilbert L. Mock. In the sketch, the parents of Rebecca Hartman are identified asalso are her brothers and sisters.(16C)

Rebecca (Hartman) (Reniker) (Deyo) Mack died March 9, 1888, in VermillionCounty, Indiana, and was buried in Hicks Cemetery at Perrysville, Indiana.(17) Numberof children not known.

12) Nancy Hartman - dates of birth and death are not known. Nancy marriedLevi Harshbarger in Fountain County, Indiana, on August 23, 1849.(47A) She certainlymust have been born by 1832. It is not known if she had any children. She is listed in theHistory of Vermillion County, Indiana, page 403, as deceased at the time of the publicationof the book (get date).(48)

The 1830 U. S. Census for Virginia, Rockingham County, lists the GeorgeHartman household.(49) The census listed 2 males under five years of age, 2 males ten

years old and under fifteen, and one male age thirty and under forty. Females consistedof one age ten and under fifteen, one age thirty and under forty, and one age forty andunder fifty. The 1830 census data does not seem to match very well with the dates ofbirth of the Hartman children given above.

The 1840 U. S. Federal Census for Indiana, Fountain County, Wabash Township,lists a George Martman household (George Hartman household).(50) The 1840 censuslists both the oldest male and female family members as age 40 and under age 50. Thiswould agree with the birth dates for both George Hartman and Elizabeth Royer.

George Hartman died September 3, 1843, in Fountain County, Indiana.(51) Hewas buried in Campbell Cemetery in Fountain County, Indiana.(52) Elizabeth (Royer)Hartman, wife of George Hartman, is listed in the 1850 U.S. Census for Indiana,Wabash, Fountain County. Her age is given as 55, born in Virginia.(53) She is listed inthe 1860 U. S. Census for Indiana, Wabash, Fountain County. Her age is listed as 63 andher place of birth is given as Virginia. Her Post Office is listed as Covington andCoalcreek.(54) Elizabeth Hartman also appears in the 1870 U. S. Census for Indiana,Wabash, Fountain County. Her age is listed as 73 and her state of birth is Virginia.(55)No census record was found for her in 1880. Elizabeth (Royer) Hartman died April 15,1886, in Fountain County, Indiana.(56) She was buried in Campbell Cemetery, FountainCounty, Indiana.(57)
