The target audience for my documentary are both male and female ages 17 to 45, we have chosen this age group as these are the types of people most likely to miss their breakfast and may be interested in watching a documentary about how important breakfast really is.

The channel we will contact to air this documentary will be channel 4 as this style of documentary is popular on their channel and fits in with the general target demographic. We hope to air it at 8pm before the primetime programming as this means people will tune in and watch before the programs start hopefully gaining a new audience. The documentary is called 'The Wonders of Breakfast' which signifies the content of the documentary but doesn't give too much away, it also represents the theme about how important breakfast it is.
