Step 1: Click on the following URL (https://zsn.zycus.com/guest/genericRegister/PET245) to start the

Registration Process.

Step 2: Click on “Register” to create your account.

- If you are not a registered supplier, click on “Register” to create your account.

- If you are registered and have your credentials, please click on “Login” and move to step 10

to continue.

- If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot Password” to reset your

password.

Step 3: Enter your log-in credentials and click “Register”.

Step 4: An email confirmation will be sent to the registered address providing a verification link to

activate your account.

Step 5: Click on the provided verification link to verify your email and enter your account details and

settings.

Step 6: Upon entering your account details and settings, click on “Submit”; below page is displayed.

Select Petrofac Limited and click “Let’s Get Started” button to create your Company profile.

Step 7: Fill in your Company Information and click “Create” to proceed further with your Company

Registration.

Step 8: Read and review Petrofac User Agreement. Select “I have read and I agree to the above” box

and click “Continue” to proceed further.

Step 9: Fill in all required fields under all tabs and sub views, while ensuring accuracy of the

information provided, uploading all the requested documents and selecting all your

corresponding products and services.

Notes: (1) Please select carefully your corresponding Company Type referring below guideline. In

case your company satisfies multiple company types, please select the one with the highest

revenue and register all products and services under the Products & Services view.

Company Type Entity to be registered

Manufacturer The manufacturer legal entity producing goods using labour, machines, tools, etc.

Manufacturer Agent or Representative

The independent sales representative or sales agent legal entity, entitled to sell a manufacturer's products.

IT Supplies & Services The legal entity providing IT Supplies & Services.

HR Service Provider The legal entity providing HR Services.

Expediting & Inspection Services The legal entity providing Expediting & Inspection Services.

Admin Supplies The legal entity providing office and admin supplies required for office maintenance and operation.

Engineering Service Provider The legal entity providing Engineering Services.

Logistics Service Provider The legal entity providing Logistics Services.

NDE Service Provider The legal entity providing Non Destructive Examination & Testing for materials.

Stockist / Distributors The legal entity maintaining stock of specific products for sale, at or above a certain minimum.

System Integrator The legal entity bringing together components subsystems into a whole and setting them as an integrated product.

Others In case your company does not fit in any of the above mentioned types, please register it under “Others” and provide further details under “If Other, please specify”.

(2) For Trade License Country of Issue field, please the Country of where the Trade License

of the registering entity is issued. If Trade License is not applicable, please select the Country

of where the business resides.

(3) Client reference list should highlight the completed, current and on-going awards showing

the Description of Work, Location, Client, End Year and Completion/ Anticipated Completion

Step 10: If you want to register an additional company/legal entity using the same credentials, please

click on “Connect to a customer” as illustrated below.

Note: Your first registered company should be approved by Petrofac (as Potential or Operational)

before you are allowed to register additional companies under the same credentials.

Step 11: To edit the registration, please click on ‘View More’ link of the “Supplier Request” tile

available on your Dashboard.

For incomplete registration, please click on ‘Edit Request’ button under ‘My Request’ tab.

For approved registration, make sure to select ‘My Companies’ tab and click on ‘Edit Request’ button.

General Notes:

1- Supplier review and approval is based on the legal entity registered.

2- Manufacturing location for registered Products & Services should be registered based on

which supplier approval and on-boarding will be provided.

3- Registration process and required information is based on the registered company type and

Products & Services.
