Many patients have to switell doctors numerous time, before they find 0 docto,

factors "side from competence are unportant and patients often dislike their

doctors due to pers()t!J htv issues.

The most common complaints I he,lr are that the doctors don't take time to

listen, doesn't ask questions and simply don't CM(, to find (Jut what's really wrong

with them.

Many doctors write prescriptions for drugs promoted by big pharma at

the all expense paid "seminars" in Hawaii, regardless of effectiveness

and side. effects.

We need to expose bad doctors and c"n't let lawyers erase legltrrnate criticism.

I agree, the claims are likely true. I think the nature of the request that you

remove things is ridiculous. 1 have not heard of what is libelous on the site,

and have not understood exactly what Dr. Tamara Hollender i;, trying to

hide. [ came aboard after the thi1g came up and never found out What she

allepedly did.

[ wish for a counter suit, for having to put the whole site off air, due to the

commentary that has not been described. All references were removed.

There was nothing defamatory. What on Earth did this doctor do?

(Colorado) district court ordered my blog removed without any

documentation.

Dr. Tameiru Hollander sued me bccanse I had posted a LINK to

.Iohn Bailey's website, He is the husband of her former patient

Barhara Hailey and lie claimed that Dr. Hollander almost killed

his wife. To support his allegation, he had a number of

wcbpages with extremely detailed information and

documentation.

Mr. Bailey's website was so convincing, I posted the LINK at my

site with my comment:

"A great site and fantastic example of how everybody should

DOCUMENT and PUBLICIZEtheir complaints!"

'I'hc Baileys immediately deleted their website when they were

served, but I refused 10 remove all references to Dr, Hollander

and I requested that she provided the exact quotes of allegedly

libelous statements. Do. Hollander is apparently NOT capable of

typing her own email address correctly and despite Illy repeated

requests for SPECIFIC allegedly Iibelons statements, I received

uothiug.

The allegation, against me are entirely fabricated and despite

my request for comments to Dr, Tamcira Hollander's attorneys

and my repeated requests to provide ANY documentation to

substantiate tlieir allcgations, I have received NOTHlNG.

They are monitoring my NEW blog about the litigation at

date they have NOr submitted notice of any incorrect

Al the new litigation blog I am posting all communications with

01'. Hollander's attorneys, irving Johuson and Lauren E.

Detweiler with Pryor Jolmson Carney KaIT Nixon, P.e. in

Greenwood Village, CO.

They agreeu to stipulate to extend my time to respond to the

complaint to 2/12/09 and J hope to find all attorney not only to

get the TRO vacated, but to J.JTIGATE the ISSUES:

I) Dr. Tameirn Hollander's PERJURY (she verified the FALSE

allegations in the complaint under oath)

2) Theil' process server / Peeping Tom's trespassing on m}'

property and 'fERRORlZING me, [ decided to arm and defend

myself aguiust future intruders, but I still have uightrnar cs and

['11 probably have to move Of spend at least $20, 000 on

security.

3) While I'm aware of the lawyers' 'privilege' to lie to the judges

(the litigation privilege), J sure would like til see some

repercussions against attorney Irving Johnson for filing this

harassment corupluint, KNOWING tbat tbe allegations against

me wel'e false.

He wrote to me prior to serving me that he wanted me to

remove Tameira Hollander's unme from my sites. Posting a
