Dear Students Holidays are meant to give you a brief respite from the gruelling routine and to rejuvenate you, but you must ponder on few things. Follow Mantra’s of peaceful life i.e. to wake up early and practise yoga for 20 minutes a day. Eat all summer fruits on regular basis. Drink plenty of water, relish juices and shakes. Avoid eating junk munchies. Protect yourself from scorching sunlight and avoid going out in sun. (Wear sunglasses and cap if necessary) Assign a permanent workplace and worktime. This brings system and discipline to your life. Excel your strengths and work on your weaknesses to be remarkable in every field. Enhance and inculcate creativity and innovation in the assigned homework. (Most innovative and creative work will be appreciated) Enroll yourself to something new.
