Long shot analysisThe use of editing has been well coordinated to keep the continuity of the colours in the background – the creativity and professionalism that this music video uses gives a clear example of attention to framing. The controlled use of the camera highlights the creative use of editing to make it appear like this is an actual music video, especially for someone that is in the pop genre. The editing is clear, precise and apparent to the viewer – making the editing and continuity that is demonstrated within the video a clear level four.

Long shot analysisThe inclusion of a dance routine shows the attention that was paid to the mise-en-scene, all three of the characters keep within the colour theme. This shows that the group had clearly thought about the continuity that runs throughout this video. The dancing runs smoothly along with the song and synchs with the beat to show the recording and editing of sound with images.

Range of long shot and close ups analysisThe use of the moving split screens shows the variety of shot frames that are needed for a level four video, the minimalistic editing demonstrate the creativity that is used within the editing. The use of the split screen is exemplified by the dancing of the characters whilst in the different frames. It is evident that this group have the technical skills that are needed in order to achieve a high level four.
