Prime the flat roof (concrete or metal) with bituprime before heat torch applying unigum or VIS polyester and protect with silvakote. (This is not a do-it-yourself system).

For DIY: Prime the metal flat roof with 4-metalprimer and/or the concrete flat roof with a diluted coat of super laykold, before brush applying 2 more coats of super laykold and protect with silvakote or silvakote eco.
