3. Tugasan anda hendaklah ditaip dengan menggunakan saiz fon 12 Times New Roman dan
langkau baris 1.5.

Sukatan pelajaran, tajuk, objektif pembelajaran, JSU, set ujian yang dibuat serta ditadbir di
kelas yang anda ajar sebagai ujian bulanan.
Syllabus, topics, learning objectives, JSU, test set created and administered in the class you
teach as monthly test.
5. Sukatan pelajaran yang dirujuk, set ujian yang digubal, output EXCEL/SPSS atau dari
Kalkulator Saintifik , dan lain-lain rujukan harus dikepilkan bersama di bahagian lampiran
sebagai bahan bukti anda.
The syllabus referred, formulated test set, EXCEL/SPSS output or scientific calculator, and
other references must be attached in the appendix as evidence.

Panjang tugasan anda haruslah mengandungi sekurang-kurangnya 15 muka surat. Semua
rujukan harus mematuhi format APA dan yang terkini selepas tahun 2010.
The length of the assignment must contain at least 15 pages. All references must follow APA
format and the latest after year 2010.
7. Tugasan hendaklah disiapkan secara individu. Anda dilarang meniru tugasan orang lain.

8. Anda dikehendaki menghantar tugasan SECARA ONLINE melalui LMS pada 14 Ogos
2016. Sila rujuk kepada portal untuk arahan mengenai prosedur menghantar tugasan anda
secara online. Anda juga harus menghantar senaskah hardcopy kepada AF anda. Anda
dinasihatkan menyimpan senaskah tugasan yang diserahkan untuk rujukan sendiri.

Berpandukan sukatan pelajaran, tajuk dan objektif pembelajaran bagi mata pelajaran yang

Terangkan langkah-langkah pembinaan Jadual Spesifikasi Ujian dan bina satu JadualSpesifikasi Ujian berdasarkan hasil pembelajaran dan tahap Taksonomi Bloom untuk
ujian bulanan kelas anda.
ii.
Kemudian gubal satu set ujian yang mengandungi 30 soalan objektif pelbagai pilihan
untuk ujian bulanan kelas anda.
iii. Tadbirkan ujian bulanan ini di kelas anda, dan seterusnya terangkan perkara-perkara
yang berikut: a. Skor setiap pelajar.

Based on the syllabus, topics and learning objectives for the subject you are teaching:

Explain the steps to construct a Table of Test Specification and create one based onlearning outcomes and levels of Bloom's Taxonomy for the monthly test of your
class.
ii. Formulate a set of test containing 30 multiple choice questions for the monthly test
of your class.
iii. Administer the test in your class and explain the following:
a. Score of each student.
b. Reliability and validity of each items.
c. Difficulty index and discrimination index.
d. Descriptive statistics obtained which are the mean, median and mode, as wellas student’s distribution score and standard deviation.
iv. Interpret the achievement of each student in your class based on their Z score.
