Berpandukan sukatan pelajaran, tajuk dan objektif pembelajaran bagi mata pelajaran yang

anda ajar,

Terangkan langkah-langkah pembinaan Jadual Spesifikasi Ujian dan bina satu JadualSpesifikasi Ujian berdasarkan hasil pembelajaran dan tahap Taksonomi Bloom untuk

ujian bulanan kelas anda. 

ii. 

Kemudian gubal satu set ujian yang mengandungi 30 soalan objektif pelbagai pilihan

untuk ujian bulanan kelas anda.

iii. Tadbirkan ujian bulanan ini di kelas anda, dan seterusnya terangkan perkara-perkara

yang berikut: a.  Skor setiap pelajar.

Based on the syllabus, topics and learning objectives for the subject you are teaching:

i. 

Explain the steps to construct a Table of Test Specification and create one based onlearning outcomes and levels of Bloom's Taxonomy for the monthly test of your

class.

ii. Formulate a set of test containing 30 multiple choice questions for the monthly test

of your class.

iii. Administer the test in your class and explain the following:

a. Score of each student.

 b. Reliability and validity of each items.

c. Difficulty index and discrimination index.

d. Descriptive statistics obtained which are the mean, median and mode, as wellas student’s distribution score and standard deviation.

iv. Interpret the achievement of each student in your class based on their Z score.
